Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that Russia carried out an overnight drone attack on the "Vynohradivka" area between Ukraine and Moldova.

Sybiha said the attack was the third targeting Ukraine-Moldova border crossings within two weeks, stating, "Russia is deliberately trying to sever the connection between our two countries and destabilize the wider region."

Calling on the international community to condemn Russia's systematic targeting of civilian transport corridors and critical border infrastructure, Sybiha said international solidarity and targeted support should be provided to personnel of Ukraine's State Border Guard Service and State Customs Service, who continue to perform their duties under constant risk to their lives.
