Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made a statement regarding Australia’s trade support for Ukraine.

Sybiha said that they welcomed Australia’s decision to extend duty-free access for Ukrainian goods until July 2028.

Stating that this decision is a sign of strong support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s ongoing attacks, Sybiha emphasized that the step is important for his country’s economic resilience.

Sybiha also thanked Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong, Trade and Tourism Minister Don Farrell, and the Australian government, expressing gratitude for the support shown by the Australian people to Ukraine.
