Szijjarto: It’s time for a transformation in economic policy
Budapest, October 14 (Hibya) – Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that failed policies have weakened energy security, driven away investments, and isolated Europe.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto stated that they discussed economic security during the EU trade ministers’ meeting in Denmark.
He emphasized that the biggest threat to the European economy does not come from outside but from Brussels itself, saying: “Failed policies have weakened energy security, driven away investments, and isolated Europe. What Europe needs is the opposite: lower taxes, stronger cooperation between companies, and more authority for member states.”
Szijjarto said that it is now time for a transformation in economic policy.
