Tsahkna: This is not the time for concessions, but for determination
Tallinn, June 28 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said sanctions against Russia are beginning to have an impact and called on Europe to remain resolute.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that sanctions imposed on Russia are beginning to show results.
Tsahkna said, "At a time when Russia is at its weakest and the effects of sanctions and isolation are becoming increasingly evident, Europe cannot afford to hesitate."
Emphasizing that Europe must continue pursuing a two-track strategy, Tsahkna said it consists of "providing unwavering support to Ukraine and increasing pressure on Russia."
In his statement, Tsahkna added: "This is not the time for concessions, hesitation, or second thoughts. This is the time for determination."
