Ukraine: Russia’s terror must be stopped
Kyiv, March 7 (Hibya) — Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that sanctions should not be eased and Russia’s return to international sports and cultural events is unacceptable, drawing attention to Russia’s attacks against children.
In a statement by Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was said: “While Russia continues to kill our children in their sleep, there can be no question of easing sanctions against Russia, allowing its return to international sports and cultural events, or weakening the united pressure against the aggressor state.”
The statement reported that at least ten people were killed in a Russian attack that took place in Kharkiv on the night of March 7, including a 13-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. At least 16 people were injured in the attack, and the entrance section of an apartment building was completely destroyed.
Ukrainian authorities stated: “Russia’s terror must be stopped.”
