In a statement about the meeting, Minister Sybiha expressed deep gratitude for Denmark's unwavering and concrete support to Ukraine.

He noted that Denmark’s investment model in Ukraine’s defense industry serves as an example of joint cooperation and inspires other countries around the world.

"With Russia escalating its terror against civilians and infrastructure, we are focused on further strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. We also discussed the ongoing diplomatic efforts for a just peace and our cooperation during Denmark’s EU presidency.

We expect Denmark to show strong leadership in the EU regarding Ukraine’s European integration and increasing sanctions pressure on Russia."
