Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The United Nations (UN) announced that global road traffic deaths have declined by 21 percent since 2011, according to its latest statement on road safety.

However, the organization noted that approximately 1.16 million people lost their lives in road traffic accidents worldwide in 2025, emphasizing that road crashes remain one of the leading causes of death among children and young people.

The UN also stated that member states meeting this week at the UN Headquarters in New York agreed on the need for stronger and more effective measures to make roads safer for everyone.
