Dar meets Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan
Islamabad, April 2 (Hibya) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar agreed to strengthen peace and stability in the Gulf and the Middle East.
Turkish Foreign Minister Fidan held a phone call this evening with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar.
During the call, Fidan appreciated Pakistan’s contributions to dialogue and diplomacy and discussed the role of the Pakistan-China Five-Point Initiative in ensuring peace and stability in the Gulf and the Middle East.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to regional peace and stability and agreed to maintain close contact on regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
