Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna commemorates Australian soldiers
Canberra, March 11 (Hibya) – Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna announced that he visited the Australian War Memorial and commemorated soldiers who lost their lives in wars and military operations.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna attended a military commemoration ceremony as part of his visit to Australia’s capital, Canberra.
Speaking about the visit, Tsahkna said, “It was a great honor to lay a wreath today at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, and I unexpectedly had the opportunity to do so together with Simon Stuart.”
Referring to the purpose of the ceremony, Tsahkna stated, “We paused for a moment to commemorate the Australian soldiers who lost their lives in wars and military operations and honored their courage and sacrifice in the service of peace.”
