Foreign ministers of Tanzania and Seychelles met in Port Louis
Port Louis, April 12 (Hibya) – Tanzania’s Foreign Minister Kombo and Seychelles’ Foreign Minister Faure discussed bilateral relations and regional cooperation.
Tanzania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation Mahmoud Thabit Kombo met with Seychelles’ Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Barry Faure.
According to a statement from the Tanzanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting was held on April 11 in Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius, as part of the 9th Indian Ocean Conference.
During the meeting, the development of relations between the two countries and the enhancement of cooperation in political, economic, and security fields were discussed.
The statement noted that cooperation between Tanzania and Seychelles continues in the fields of trade and investment.
