Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz reacted to a speech by former Chief of Staff and politician Gadi Eisenkot, criticizing his message to senior Israeli military officials urging them not to comply with instructions from the prime minister and authorized security authorities.

Describing Eisenkot's speech as “an embarrassing speech reflecting the political tradition of those who sing, proclaim and crown themselves prematurely,” Katz argued that the call directed particularly at military officials was unacceptable. Katz said, “His call for them not to follow the instructions of the prime minister, myself and the authorized security authorities, because he says they have his support, is an undemocratic statement detached from reality.”

Katz also criticized claims by Eisenkot and his political circle that there were disagreements between the military and political leadership over Iran, describing them as “a continuation of the false campaign conducted during the election period.”

Katz stated that the Israeli military had been fully involved in the results achieved against Iran and continued to participate in all ongoing discussions, adding that the military would implement any decision deemed necessary.
