Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said in today’s briefing: “The key parameters have been delivered and will be discussed in Moscow next week.”

Peskov had previously stated that the draft plan prepared by the United States for Ukraine could serve as a solid basis for further negotiations.

On 26 November, CNN reported that Ukraine had rejected three main points of the US administration’s peace proposal, which Russia considers vital. According to the report, the first rejected point concerned Donbas territories. It was noted that “some progress” had been made, but the text had not yet been finalized.

A day earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters after an official visit to Kyrgyzstan that he had received proposals from Russia following the Geneva meeting. It was stated that the American 28-point plan would need to be divided into four separate components for more detailed discussion.
