Lazzarini announces his book on Gaza
Geneva, October 2 (Hibya) - Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), announced that his book on Gaza will go on sale starting next week.
UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini said in a statement that his book, titled “Witness to Gaza: Those Who Cannot Be Erased,” will be available in bookstores starting next week.
Lazzarini said the book will first be published in French and then translated into other languages, adding that it covers the events since October 7, 2023, as well as what took place behind the scenes of diplomacy during his tenure as Commissioner-General. The book was described as addressing a period in which multilateralism and international law were put to the test.
