Meetings of Palestinian Minister Shaheen in Athens
Athens, October 14 (Hibya) – The Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Farsin Aghabekian Shaheen, met with members of the Arab diplomatic corps residing in Greece during his visit to Athens.
During his visit to Athens for a series of bilateral political meetings, Palestinian Foreign Minister Shaheen met with members of the Arab diplomatic corps residing in Greece.
In the meeting, Shaheen praised the active role and efforts of the Arabs in contributing to the achievement of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
He emphasized that the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, within the borders of June 4, 1967, requires continued Arab coordination and united efforts against Israel’s colonial policies that threaten the security and stability of the entire region.
