Pakistan Foreign Minister Dar met with his Iranian counterpart Araghchi
Islamabad, July 27 (Hibya) - Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar met with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
According to a statement from Pakistan's Foreign Ministry, the meeting addressed the humanitarian crisis affecting Palestinians in Gaza.
The statement noted that Dar reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and called for urgent and unhindered humanitarian aid. Dar also expressed hope for meaningful outcomes from the high-level international conference planned for tomorrow in New York on Palestine and the implementation of the two-state solution.
Furthermore, the meeting included discussions on the possibility of a high-level visit to Pakistan in the near future.
