Rosh Hashanah message from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry
Kyiv, September 11 (Hibya) - The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wished peace, security and prosperity to the Jewish community in Ukraine and to everyone around the world on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, which marks the beginning of the year 5787 according to the Jewish calendar.
In its message issued on the occasion of Rosh Hashanah, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry greeted the Jewish community in Ukraine and people around the world.
The ministry stated that Rosh Hashanah is a symbol of renewal, hope and faith in a better future. The message noted that the holiday serves as a reminder that light will triumph over darkness.
