Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif issued a congratulatory message to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on her historic achievement and expressed his determination to further develop bilateral relations between the two countries.

Praising Meloni's leadership, Sharif said, “I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni on becoming the longest continuously serving Prime Minister in Italy's post-war history.”

Referring to Meloni's contributions, Sharif said, “Through her capable leadership, she has made significant contributions to Italy's progress and its growing prestige on the world stage.”

Commenting on cooperation between the two countries, Sharif said, “I look forward to continuing to work with her to further strengthen Pakistan-Italy relations in various fields. I wish her continued success in the years ahead.”
