Sybiha: Canada’s Support and Leadership Are Important
Kyiv, 23 November (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that he discussed sanctions against Russia and diplomatic steps with Canadian Defense Minister Anita Anand.
Sybiha emphasized that Ukraine values Canada’s support and leadership. He noted that during today’s meeting, he exchanged views with Minister Anand on U.S. peace proposals, upcoming diplomatic talks, and ongoing active diplomacy processes.
Sybiha highlighted the importance of Canada’s latest round of sanctions against Russia, stating that coordinated steps are being taken to increase international pressure on Moscow and move toward ending the war.
