Sybiha: We must force Russia into a genuine ceasefire, including through increased pressure
Brussels, July 13 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that he met with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul in Brussels, where they discussed Russia's attacks on civilians and the European Union's new sanctions package.

Commenting on the meeting, Sybiha said, "We share the view that Russia is increasingly resorting to ballistic terror against civilians because it no longer holds the advantage on the battlefield."
Emphasizing that Russia's military capabilities must be limited, Sybiha stated, "We must deprive Russia of its ballistic advantage and force it into a genuine ceasefire, including through increased pressure."
Referring to the European Union's sanctions process, Sybiha concluded: "Ahead of the adoption of the EU's 21st sanctions package, we coordinated our positions and agreed that pressure on Russia must continue to increase until Moscow chooses peace instead of aggression."
