Tajani sends condolence message for worker killed in Rome construction accident
Rome, November 4 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani issued a condolence message for worker Octay Stroici, who died in a construction accident in the Torre dei Conti area of Rome.
In his message, Tajani said, “I am deeply saddened by the death of worker Octay Stroici, who lost his life in the tragic incident at Torre dei Conti in Rome. Stroici was pulled from the rubble by firefighters after 11 hours of rescue operations but passed away at the hospital.”
Minister Tajani stated that the incident deeply shook all of Italy, adding, “I extend my heartfelt condolences to the victim’s family and my great gratitude to all the rescue teams who intervened from the very first moment and managed to save three workers.”
