Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that another European capital was engulfed in flames overnight and civilians were killed because the Kremlin refuses to abandon its imperial ambitions, stressing that military support for Ukraine must be increased and pressure on Russia must continue.

Pointing to the devastation caused by the attacks, Tsahkna said, "This is a European capital in flames, where civilians were killed overnight because the Kremlin refuses to give up its imperial ambitions."

Listing the steps needed to resolve the crisis and stop Russia, Minister Tsahkna said, "To change this, Ukraine needs the military means to defend its people, and pressure on Russia must continue to increase until its aggression becomes unsustainable."
