Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Sybiha met with Romania’s Foreign Minister Oana Toiu in Kyiv within the framework of the EU foreign ministers’ meeting.

Stating that bilateral agenda items were discussed, Sybiha said: “We agreed to advance the Ukraine-Romania Strategic Partnership with concrete steps. Our main priorities include strengthening Ukraine’s defense capacity and increasing military cooperation, cooperation within EU mechanisms; developing connectivity and energy infrastructure, particularly the construction of new interconnectors; as well as Ukraine’s EU accession process together with Moldova.”

Sybiha also noted that community rights were on the agenda, saying: “We also discussed the protection of the rights of the Ukrainian community in Romania and the Romanian community in Ukraine. It is encouraging that starting this year, Romanian Language Day will be celebrated in Ukraine. This step is based on the principle of reciprocity, as Romania will also celebrate Ukrainian Language Day at the national level.”
