Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said that the war in Ukraine is continuing and announced that Germany will maintain its support for Ukraine.

Speaking at the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Wadephul said that Russia's attacks have not eased; on the contrary, Ukraine has been heavily targeted by missile and drone attacks. Noting that Russia is also targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, Wadephul drew attention to the severe consequences of the war for Ukraine.

Wadephul said that July was the deadliest month for Ukraine since the beginning of the war.

Emphasizing that people who have been killed or harmed in the war are not merely numbers, Wadephul said: “Behind the numbers are people: parents, children, siblings, friends.”

Stating that Germany stands firmly with the Ukrainian people, Wadephul announced that an additional 50 million euros would be provided for humanitarian aid, taking into account the needs of the winter months.

Wadephul said Ukraine's need for air defense systems remains particularly urgent and that Germany will continue its support in this area.

Wadephul also stated that Germany is trying to persuade its partners to provide additional air defense systems to Ukraine.

Noting that Germany continues to learn from Ukraine's battlefield experience, Wadephul said the two countries are developing joint drone systems and ballistic missile defense.

Wadephul said the partnership between Germany and Ukraine makes both countries stronger and safer, and also emphasized Ukraine's position in Europe.

Wadephul said: “Ukraine is part of our European family and is part of the European Union,” reiterating Germany's support for Ukraine's integration with Europe.
