The WHO shared the message: “Every discovery, every treatment, every saved life begins with science.” The organization emphasized that scientific progress across Africa produces life-saving solutions and impacts global health.
The 2026 theme “Together for Health. Stand with Science.” not only celebrates scientific achievements but also highlights the importance of multilateral cooperation needed to turn evidence into action.
