Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

In a statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that sanctions against Russia should be implemented without delay. Zelensky stated that the sanctions must be strong, adding that the United States could use this tool to reduce Russia’s capacity to finance its war against Ukraine.

Zelensky argued that decisions on economic and energy restrictions against Russia, as well as restrictions on the production of ballistic missiles and related weapons, should be taken swiftly. Stating that the sanctions bill prepared by Lindsey Graham in the U.S. Congress should be adopted, Zelensky said it is also important for the U.S. administration and U.S. President Donald Trump to take strong decisions.

Zelensky made the remarks in his assessment of a conversation with journalist Fareed Zakaria held as part of the Yalta European Strategy 2026 meeting.
