Zelensky: The war must end as soon as possible
Paris, December 1 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss peace negotiations and security guarantees.
President Zelensky stated that negotiations aimed at ending the war and securing guarantees were at the heart of the long meeting he held with President Macron.
He noted that many critical details were discussed and emphasized that peace must be truly lasting.
Reiterating his call for the war to end as soon as possible, Zelensky said: “It now depends on the participation of every leader. Today we will also talk to other leaders.”
