Canadian Prime Minister Carney met with U.S. President Trump
Ottawa, August 21 (Hibya) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that he had met with United States (U.S.) President Donald Trump.
Prime Minister Carney stated that he had a productive and comprehensive conversation with President Trump.
Regarding the meeting, Carney said:
"We focused on trade challenges and opportunities, the establishment of a new economic and security relationship between Canada and the U.S., and supporting long-term peace and security for Ukraine and Europe."
