Finnish President Stubb met with Qatar’s Foreign Minister Al Thani
Helsinki, February 13 (Hibya) - Finnish President Alexander Stubb discussed the situation in the Middle East and efforts with Qatar to end the war in Ukraine with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
Finnish President Stubb met with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Al Thani. The meeting addressed the current situation in the Middle East and the efforts to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Stubb praised Qatar’s work in returning Ukrainian children who had been forcibly transferred since the beginning of the war. The importance of close dialogue between the two countries was emphasized, particularly in light of the security situations in Europe and the Middle East.
