The IDF stated that units under the Southern Command, guided by Military Intelligence and Shin Bet, are continuing their operations against terrorist organizations as part of the “Chariots of Gideon” operation throughout the Gaza Strip.

The IDF statement included the following:

"Yesterday, under the direction of the 98th Division, an aircraft targeted dozens of terrorists emerging from combat zones and posing a threat near IDF forces. In addition, the 282nd Brigade struck and neutralized terrorists in a command and control center in the Jabalia area. Over the past 24 hours, the Israeli Air Force struck dozens of terror targets in the Gaza Strip, including weapons depots, terrorist operatives, anti-tank positions, tunnels, and infrastructure used by Hamas."
