Moscow, June 29 (Hibya) – Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova announced that working-level contacts had been established with the Ukrainian side and that a significant prisoner exchange had recently been carried out.

Lantratova stated that the exchange of a total of 550 captured soldiers had been organized.
She also said that all residents of Russia's Kursk region who were allegedly "illegally detained" in Ukraine had returned to their homes.
