Uzbek Foreign Minister Saidov announced that he had a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.

He noted that bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, based on strategic partnership and alliance, are steadily developing in all areas.

“The agenda is rich with high-level exchanges, bilateral and multilateral activities, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ministerial Meeting. We also exchanged views on the regional situation arising from the escalation of the Israel-Iran conflict and emphasized the importance of maintaining peace and stability,” he said.
