Shaheen meets Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar
New Delhi, Jan. 30 (Hibya) – Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Farsin Aghabekian Shaheen met with Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar on the sidelines of the Arab-India Ministerial Meeting held in New Delhi.
Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Farsin Aghabekian Shaheen met with Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs on the second day of her official visit to India.
Minister Shaheen opened the meeting by presenting a comprehensive assessment of the current catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
She stressed the importance of urgently assuming international responsibilities to stop the daily crimes of the occupation and the suffering endured by the Palestinian people, emphasizing the need for serious efforts to alleviate their hardships and to open a genuine political horizon based on international law and international legitimacy resolutions.
