Svyrydenko holds first meeting of the new Government
Kyiv, July 17 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko held the first meeting of the new Government immediately after the vote in Parliament.
Prime Minister Svyrydenko stated that each minister must define a concrete action plan as soon as possible.
She emphasized that these action plans will be presented to the public, saying: “We will consult with the relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada and then report regularly. We need to move at a fast pace.”
Svyrydenko underlined that the new government is one of the smallest in history in terms of the number of ministers, stating: “This is proof that we are on the path of downsizing the mechanism.”
