Tajani: Italy stands with the families of the victims and the people of Congo
Rome, July 27 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani strongly condemned the attack on a church in the city of Komanda in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In his statement about the attack, Tajani said, "I strongly condemn the attack on a church in the city of Komanda in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where an ISIS-affiliated terrorist group killed more than 40 civilians."
Emphasizing that places of worship and religious freedom must always be protected, Tajani added, "Italy stands with the families of the victims and the people of Congo."
