Two National Guard soldiers shot in Washington
Washington, 26 November (Hibya) – Two National Guard soldiers were shot in an armed attack just a few blocks away from the White House.
Washington DC police reported that the shooting occurred at the intersection of 17th Street NW and 1st Street NW, only a few blocks from the White House.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that the White House is closely monitoring the situation.
The police also announced that the area has been secured and one suspect has been taken into custody.
