Washington, October 30 (Hibya) – U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a statement following the destruction caused by Hurricane Melissa in eastern Cuba.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in his statement after the devastation from Hurricane Melissa in eastern Cuba: “The Trump administration stands with the brave Cuban people who are struggling to meet their basic needs.” Rubio added that the United States is ready to provide emergency humanitarian assistance, directly and through local partners, to ensure it reaches those in need as effectively as possible.
