Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys made a statement as part of commemorative events for those known as the “Wolf Children,” who fled East Prussia and sought refuge in Lithuania.

Referring to the historical process and the suffering endured, Budrys said: “Children who fled East Prussia from the terror of the Red Army became victims of crimes against humanity. The survivors found shelter in Lithuania. Today, Lithuania and Germany came together to commemorate the Wolf Children and to reveal the scale of Soviet war crimes.”

Linking past events to the present, Budrys added: “The impunity back then enables new crimes to be committed today against the children of Ukraine.”

Budrys emphasized that he was sincerely grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with the story of the Wolf Children and to listen to their testimonies.
