According to data released by the Khorgos Customs Administration, the number of cars exported in the first eight months of 2025 rose by 8.5% compared to the same period last year, reaching 258,000.
During the same period, exports of electric vehicles recorded a much sharper rise. The number of electric vehicles exported through the border crossing increased by 45.2%, reaching 102,000.
