Israel and Syria establish joint fusion mechanism
Moscow, January 6 (Hibya) - Israel and Syria have decided to establish a joint fusion mechanism under the supervision of the United States to facilitate urgent and continuous coordination on intelligence sharing, military de-escalation, diplomatic engagement, and trade opportunities.
A joint statement was made by the US, Israel, and Syria regarding the agreements between the State of Israel and the Syrian Arab Republic.
The statement emphasized that the parties reaffirmed their commitment to working towards lasting security and stability arrangements for both countries, and Israel and Syria decided to establish a joint fusion mechanism (a special communication unit) under US supervision to facilitate urgent and continuous coordination on intelligence sharing, military de-escalation, diplomatic engagement, and trade opportunities.
