Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban expressed his satisfaction with meeting Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski again, emphasizing that his country strongly supports North Macedonia's European Union (EU) accession process.

Orban praised Mickoski for his leadership in combating illegal migration, saying: “Hungary appreciates your determination in fighting illegal migration and will continue to stand by you on the road to EU membership.”

In his statement, Orban pointed out that countries at war are trying to accelerate their accession process and argued that the Western Balkans should be prioritized.
