Pavel's statement on attacks targeting Kyiv
Prague, August 1 (Hibya) – Czech President Petr Pavel stated that the night attacks in Kyiv show that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not seeking peace.
Czech President Pavel commented on the nighttime terrorist attacks in Kyiv. He noted that the strikes targeted residential buildings, schools, and hospitals, calling such actions violations of the laws of war.
"The only way forward is to exert strong international pressure on Russia and provide effective support to Ukraine," said Pavel.
