Russia strikes UAV production facilities in Ukraine
Moscow, July 27 (Hibya) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russia had struck unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) production facilities in Ukraine.
According to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense on July 27, the Russian Armed Forces carried out large-scale attacks on Ukrainian military infrastructure, including accommodation facilities for UAV personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries, UAV production facilities, command and control centers, and housing areas.
The ministry said that operational-tactical aviation, strike UAVs, missile troops, and artillery units of combat groups were used in attacks across 146 areas.
The statement added that manpower and equipment belonging to two mechanized airborne brigades and two assault regiments of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were defeated in the settlements of Alekseyevka, Andreyevka, Kondratovka, and Mogritsa in the Sumy region.
The statement claimed that Ukraine’s losses exceeded 170 personnel.
