Trump threatened to intervene in more countries
Washington, January 5 (Hibya) – U.S. President Donald Trump said that following the operation in Venezuela, he spoke about the possibility of a similar move in Colombia and suggested that Mexico could also be subjected to decisive American intervention. Meanwhile, Trump believes the regime in Cuba will collapse on its own.
Trump made these remarks on Sunday evening local time while returning from his residence in Florida to Washington.
According to CNN, Trump said, “Colombia is also very sick, run by a sick man who likes producing cocaine and selling it to the United States, and he won’t be able to do this for very long.”
Regarding Cuba, the U.S. president told reporters aboard the presidential aircraft Air Force One, “I don’t think we need to do anything there.”
Trump also stated that the United States “needs Greenland.”
