Ukrainian and UK Foreign Ministers coordinated their common stance
Kyiv, August 17 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, in a phone call with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, stated that the two countries coordinated their positions ahead of upcoming contacts and meetings.
Sybiha expressed his satisfaction with the UK’s steadfast support for Ukraine and with David Lammy’s personal involvement. He emphasized that Ukraine values its cooperation with the UK and the assistance provided.
During the conversation, it was stressed that the priority issue is preserving transatlantic unity against Russia. Both sides underlined that strengthening support for Ukraine and increasing sanctions pressure on Russia are crucial to ending the war and the loss of lives.
