Washington, August 18 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had arrived in Washington and would meet tomorrow with U.S. President Donald Trump.
President Zelensky stated that he had arrived in Washington and would meet tomorrow with President Trump. He also mentioned that he would meet tomorrow with European leaders, saying: "We all have a strong desire to end this war quickly and reliably."
Emphasizing that peace must be lasting, Zelensky said:
"I am confident that we will defend Ukraine, that we will effectively guarantee security, and that our people will always remain grateful to President Trump, to everyone in America, to every partner and ally for their support and invaluable assistance."
