Yermak: Russia continues to deliberately kill civilians
Kyiv, August 18 (Hibya) - Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, reported that three people were killed in a Russian attack on residential buildings in Kharkiv.
In his statement, Yermak noted that three people, including a child, were reported dead in the Russian attack on residential homes in Kharkiv.
Yermak said: "Russia continues to deliberately kill civilians."
