UNRWA: Serious allegations made without evidence
New York, May 31 (Hibya) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated that the Israeli government has made serious allegations against it, but none of these are backed by concrete evidence.
In a statement, UNRWA emphasized that Israel has been accusing the agency for over a year, yet has not presented any supporting evidence nor initiated legal proceedings.
The statement noted, "The Israeli Government has neither shared sufficient information with the United Nations nor pursued its own legal process," warning that such allegations may undermine the credibility of international institutions.
