Wadephul: We are ready to support the political transition in Syria
Berlin, February 14 (Hibya) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul held a meeting with Syrian Foreign Minister Asad Hasan Shaybani.
German Foreign Minister Wadephul expressed his pleasure at meeting his Syrian counterpart Asad Hasan Shaybani on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference (MSC).
Stating that the recent agreement with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) is an important step toward a united Syria that includes and protects all religious and ethnic groups, Wadephul said, “We are ready to support the political transition in Syria.”
