Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia has been conducting a large-scale attack against Ukraine since last night. He noted that the energy sector and civilian infrastructure were primarily targeted, adding that more than 650 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were launched.

Zelensky also said that more than 30 missiles were used and stated:

“As of now, air raid alerts remain in effect across much of Ukraine. At the same time, all necessary services have been mobilized to deal with the aftermath of the attack. Unfortunately, there have been casualties.

In the Kyiv region, a woman was killed by a Russian drone. In the Khmelnytskyi region, one person was reported killed. In the Zhytomyr region, a four-year-old child lost his life after a Russian drone struck a residential building.”
