Albares: Spain calls for de-escalation and restraint
Madrid, June 14 (Hibya) – Spain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Jose Manuel Albares, held a meeting with Lebanon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Rajji.
Minister Albares discussed regional instability and violence with his Lebanese counterpart, Youssef Rajji.
Albares stated that Spain is calling for de-escalation and restraint: “I conveyed my support for Lebanon’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and prosperity. I also reaffirmed my commitment to UNIFIL.”
